cv33bd operates as an English-language online casino and sports betting platform specifically designed for adult players in Bangladesh. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with cv33bd, including account registration and management, deposits and withdrawals, bonus claims, game participation, sports betting activities, and all customer support interactions.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on cv33bd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

cv33bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

cv33bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following locally supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are held and displayed in BDT. cv33bd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not operate multi-currency accounts.

Minimum deposit: ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Card deposit minimums may vary. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by cv33bd, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bank accounts or cards may take 1–3 business days. cv33bd reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, any deposited funds that have received a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full. Funds held as pending bonus amounts are not available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are satisfied. Please refer to the Bonuses and Promotions section below for full details.

cv33bd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. cv33bd is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

cv33bd offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of conflict between these general terms and a specific bonus offer's terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.

Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual offer terms.

Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the timeframe specified in the offer will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Incomplete wagering at the point of expiry will result in the bonus amount and any associated winnings being voided.

Bonus restrictions: Bonuses are intended for recreational use by individual players. cv33bd reserves the right to void any bonus, winnings, or both where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: low-risk staking patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or collusive play with other accounts.

Live casino games are streamed from professional third-party studios using real dealers, real cards, and real roulette wheels. The outcome of all games is determined entirely by chance, and no strategy, system, or pattern of play can guarantee a positive outcome.

Sports betting: All sports betting markets on cv33bd — including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) football, cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, bilateral series), and other international sports — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a settlement, cv33bd's decision is final, subject to the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 8 below.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void by cv33bd in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; the event does not meet the minimum completion threshold for settlement (e.g., a cricket match abandoned due to weather before sufficient overs have been bowled); or there is a clear and verifiable pricing error at the time the bet was accepted. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.

Maximum payout: cv33bd reserves the right to apply a maximum single-event payout cap of ৳500,000 (five hundred thousand Bangladeshi Taka) per player per day across all products unless specific higher limits are communicated in writing. Any winnings exceeding this cap may be subject to review before payment.

cv33bd enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. We take the welfare of our players seriously and expect all players to engage with our platform in a controlled and responsible manner.

Self-exclusion: Any registered player may request self-exclusion from cv33bd at any time by contacting our support team via Telegram at @cv33bd_support or by email at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended, and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts to manage their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cv33bd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any cv33bd content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform; use any automated tool, script, bot, or scraper to access or interact with the platform; or use the cv33bd brand name or logo in any manner not expressly authorised by us.

Any unauthorised use of cv33bd intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

Dispute resolution: If you believe that a game outcome, bet settlement, bonus calculation, or account action has been handled incorrectly, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. cv33bd will endeavour to investigate and resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt. Our decision on all disputes is final.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cv33bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the cv33bd platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. cv33bd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

Platform availability: cv33bd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party software failures, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. cv33bd will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime.

Account termination by cv33bd: cv33bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where account closure is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons. In the event of termination for cause, cv33bd may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold winnings pending investigation. Real-money balances (net of bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification.

Force majeure: cv33bd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, pandemic, or failure of third-party infrastructure including payment networks and internet service providers.

cv33bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information — including name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
